The Story Behind the Work

I have always been curious about how people live, what they value and what makes them feel at home, wherever they are.
That curiosity carried me from the Norwegian fjords to Hawaii at nineteen, and later to California, London, Stockholm, Geneva, and Verbier.
Along the way I earned a Master’s in Holistic Health Education and became a certified life coach. These studies deepened my understanding of how body, mind, and spirit are woven together.
I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Management.
Living across cultures and through many seasons of life has shaped how I guide, with empathy, depth, and an open mind.
For more than thirty years, I’ve been devoted to helping others raise their energy and live their full potential.
